BUILT FOR CONTINUITY
Ajanta Techcare connects procurement, installation and maintenance so your IT environment is not treated as a one-time delivery.
AJANTA TECHCARE · PATNA & BIHAR
Ajanta Techcare follows a simple four-step engagement process so clients can understand the scope, quotation, support arrangement and next actions before work begins.
First, we review the office layout, hardware count or software requirement and prepare a transparent proposal. Next, the agreed AMC or supply engagement is formalized and relevant assets can be registered for support.
During execution, hardware is delivered or field engineers are dispatched for approved support requirements. Preventive check-ups then help identify recurring issues, maintain systems and reduce avoidable downtime.
Ajanta Techcare follows a clear four-step engagement process for IT hardware supply, AMC and support services in Patna and Bihar. The purpose of the workflow is to understand the environment first, define the scope clearly and then execute the agreed work with documented follow-up. This approach can be used for a new hardware requirement, a maintenance contract, networking work, CCTV installation or software deployment.
Step one is Requirement Audit and Proposal. The team reviews the office layout, hardware count, existing systems or software scope and the practical requirement. The information is used to prepare a transparent quotation and define the proposed work. A clear scope at this stage helps reduce misunderstandings during implementation.
Step two is Agreement and Onboarding. Once the client approves the proposal, the applicable AMC or supply agreement is formalised. Office assets can be registered in the support workflow so that covered equipment and service requirements are easier to track.
Step three is Rapid Execution. Depending on the engagement, Ajanta Techcare delivers hardware, completes installation or dispatches field engineers for on-site issues. The applicable 24–48 hour support window is followed according to the agreed service terms; priority AMC arrangements may have a different response commitment.
Step four is Preventive Check-ups. Routine bi-monthly maintenance visits under the agreed AMC structure help keep systems clean, configured and ready for daily work. Preventive checks are intended to identify maintenance requirements before they become larger disruptions. Clients can contact Ajanta Techcare to discuss their office environment and determine the appropriate support workflow.
